WHAT DOES THE BMI PROJECT LOOK LIKE?

How do I know if I am eligible?
Participants must be women between the ages of 18-25 with a BMI (body mass index) between 25 and 50. Use the NIH calculator to determine your BMI using your height and weight.
What will I do in the study?
Enrolled participants will be randomized to one of two groups. This means that you will be put into a group randomly, like flipping a coin.

· There will be 4 in-person data collection visits so we can measure things like height, weight, waist circumference, body composition, blood pressure, and inflammation
· We will request that you complete online questionnaires before each data collection visit so we can measure things like eating habits, physical activity and stress
· We will request you to wear an activity monitor and track your sleep for 7 days after each data collection visit
